Our team will help you import any demo from our demo library to your site. Here are a few points you need to know before you request the demo import service.
- This is not customization service. We import the demo to your site and make sure it looks and works the way it does in our demo. We won’t be helping you for any customization tasks. For that please check our Hire a Customizer service.
- Make sure your site is freshly setup and there are no active plugins as we might have to deactivate plugins before import.
- Backup your site before sending us for demo import so that we can revert if we encounter any issues.
Details we need for demo import
- Send us link or Name or screenshot of demo you want to import.
- Give us temporary login to your site with Administrator role.
- FTP login to your WordPress setup
Please make sure you have all of the above ready before submitting. These details are required during demo import.
